In November 2002, the Magana family started on a venture to change the classic menu combination of restaurants in Mexico City with a small coffe shop. Later this coffe shop will turn on the 1st Concept design of the Coffee - Restaurant named "Bouquet".
In January 2003 The first Coffe Shop is open in the most important place market (Central de Abastos) in Mexico City.
This is the first Model to Franchise the concept
In June 2003 "Bouquet Coffe" change to "Bouquet Cofee & Restaurant" and bring real and authentic Mexican food to the heart of the historic city.
By introducing citizens to the first restaurant with a different concept , the "Bouquet" Coffe & Restaurant focused at producing and mix of some of the most esteemed mexican flavors straight from different regions of the city, from the coast of Mexico, such as Ceviche, as well as central Mexican flavors such as Enchiladas Suizas, Pozole, Mole con Pollo and from different regions of the country.
We have earned multiple recognitions of clients and friends who have shared multiple moments with us.

In May 2007 "Bouquet Catering" began in Miami, Florida attending all kind of events. Microsoft "Columbus Day", Mexican Embassy "Independence day", US-Mexico Chamber of Commerce events , Happy birthdays, Boat fairs, markets, etc.
In November 2013 "Bouquet Catering" began Operations as "The Original Mexican Food" in the West Coast (Seattle, Bellevue, Sammamish and Issaqua) in Washington State.
